An excellent service to partner with! I was assured that my loan would be completed on schedule, and it was! There was fantastic communication throughout the entire process! A huge thank you to the loan officer and the processor who handled my numerous calls at all hours and guided me through every step, even when I made it challenging for them. They still managed to get my loan funded. Outstanding work! They helped make our dream a reality!

Awful; I have perfect credit and lots of liquid assets. Was denied an application for a money market account with no reasons given. When contacting support they were no help, simply telling me to apply again in 6 months. I asked to delete my account and I would go elsewhere, they refused to comply and kept sending me the link to their terms and conditions I agreed to when I applied. I referred to the section that says I can revoke consent after application submission to retain/use any of my information. Round and round. This was all AFTER I had entered my full linked banking information from another institution, that they can retain for 5+ years! Seems like just a scheme to me.
