Poor Account Management

I held a checking account with this bank for several years. When I tried to transfer funds to my wife's account at another bank, the website was extremely poor and confusing. I reached out for help via email but received no response. After expressing my intention to close my account if I didn't get assistance, I still got no reply. I opened an account elsewhere and withdrew my funds gradually. Eventually, I received a letter stating I was overdrawn and charged a fee. I plan to ensure my account is closed and will never engage with them again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this bank.

Terrible Banking Experience

I held a checking account with this bank for several years. When I tried to transfer funds to my wife's account at a different bank, I found the website to be very confusing and unhelpful. I sent an email through their system seeking assistance but received no reply. After a second email stating my intention to close my account if I didn't get help, I still got no response. I ultimately opened an account at another bank and began withdrawing my funds gradually. Later, I checked my balance online and withdrew the remaining amount, only to receive a letter saying I was overdrawn and that I would be charged a fee. I plan to call them tomorrow to confirm my account closure and will not do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank.

Untrustworthy Banking

This bank has been a nightmare. They took my initial deposit by locking my account right after opening it and pocketed the monthly fees while I was unable to access my funds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!

Frustrating Online Banking

I used this bank for over 20 years, but their recent branch closures and hard-to-find ATMs have made banking difficult. Their online banking is a nightmare; they're so focused on security that it's nearly impossible to use. They often disable access without warning and require you to have your computer checked by a professional, even if it's another device that triggers their security. I would strongly advise against banking with them.

Disappointing Overdraft Fees

As a long-time customer who usually gets things done, I was still charged a $36 overdraft fee for a minor mistake. They claim to be community-oriented, but their actions suggest otherwise, putting them in the same category as much larger banks. It's frustrating that they prioritize profit over customer care. I’ve taken out a personal loan for home improvements and always make my payments, yet I receive no offers for assistance or options. I thought overdraft fees were capped at $5 now, but they charged me $36! I’ve only had two overdrafts in six years, and it feels like they just take the money and run. I hope this profit-driven mentality changes.

Extremely Poor Banking Services

This is the worst bank I have ever encountered. You can't make deposits at ATMs, can't lock your card, and now can't even check your balance. It's time for this outdated institution to go.

Unacceptable Treatment

I have an account with this bank and faced serious issues. An employee unlawfully closed my accounts and was involved in the theft of my funds. This is unacceptable behavior, and I feel that immediate action should be taken against such practices.

Fraud and Poor Support

This is the worst bank I've ever been with. I had money stolen from my accounts, and when I reported the fraud, they said they would close my account. I received conflicting information and no real support. Their fraud department is inadequate, and as a business owner, I cannot recommend this bank. If you're considering banking here, run away as fast as you can.

Dishonest Practices

This bank is truly despicable. My mother, a customer for over 40 years, was promised a loan for a vehicle multiple times, only for it to be taken away. When fraudulent transactions were reported, the bank decided they no longer wanted her as a client. It’s not her fault there are scammers out there. This bank needs to improve its security measures.

Stay away from this bank. Don't fall for their bonus offers; you will only end up paying a $20 maintenance fee every month. This bank feels like a scam. Avoid any dealings with them.
