I reached out for help via email but received no response. After expressing my intention to close my account if I didn't get assistance, I still got no reply. I opened an account elsewhere and withdrew my funds gradually. Eventually, I received a letter stating I was overdrawn and charged a fee. I plan to ensure my account is closed and will never engage with them again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this bank.

Their online banking is a nightmare; they're so focused on security that it's nearly impossible to use. They often disable access without warning and require you to have your computer checked by a professional, even if it's another device that triggers their security. I would strongly advise against banking with them.

I hope this profit-driven mentality changes.
I have an account with this bank and faced serious issues. An employee unlawfully closed my accounts and was involved in the theft of my funds. This is unacceptable behavior, and I feel that immediate action should be taken against such practices.
This is the worst bank I've ever been with. I had money stolen from my accounts, and when I reported the fraud, they said they would close my account. I received conflicting information and no real support. Their fraud department is inadequate, and as a business owner, I cannot recommend this bank. If you're considering banking here, run away as fast as you can.
This bank is truly despicable. My mother, a customer for over 40 years, was promised a loan for a vehicle multiple times, only for it to be taken away. When fraudulent transactions were reported, the bank decided they no longer wanted her as a client. It’s not her fault there are scammers out there. This bank needs to improve its security measures.
