My interaction with Hobson Prior was excellent. I was looking for a position with less travel time in order to have a better work-life balance, and I found it through this agency. The recruiter understood exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to negotiate the salary range I wanted. I even received a courtesy call from the recruiter after a few months, which was quite thoughtful. They wanted to know how my work was progressing and how I was feeling, implying that I could return to this agency in the future if necessary.
