The visuals and collaborations are outstanding. The support provided is excellent. The game concept is intriguing. Most importantly, they actively take negative feedback into account and continually enhance the player experience. This level of attention is quite rare for a free-to-play game.

I logged into my account to find all my saved shards gone, including my crucial legendary 6-star void champion. After multiple emails with the support team, they claimed I must have used him for food, which is impossible. After six years of enjoyment, I'm considering quitting. The latest character requires every fragment available, which is nearly impossible without spending. Even when paying, the value is lacking. The game has declined significantly, and despite my efforts, I can't obtain the top champions. I've had enough.
