Frustrating banking experience

I spent the entire morning at the bank trying to activate the mobile app. The branches no longer have cash desks—everything must be done through the app. You can’t even withdraw foreign currency in person. When the app fails, you are left stranded. This is the most frustrating banking experience I’ve ever encountered. Those without strong tech skills cannot access their own funds. A truly disappointing system.

Unethical practices

Unethical practices! A frustrating bank that made it impossible to pay invoices through their app, which is often unavailable. They charge fees for inactivity. I plan to close my account the next time I am in Romania. To resolve these issues, they require you to call from abroad, which is expensive and involves long waits for customer service.

After returning from abroad, the bank abruptly blocked my access to my own account without warning. For four days, the support staff displayed indifference and refused to restore access despite verifying my identity. They would not escalate the issue, and not a single manager was available. The result? I had to return to Romania to withdraw my funds completely. This is not a bank; it’s a bureaucratic nightmare where incompetence is disguised as procedure.
