Frustrating banking experience

I spent the entire morning at the bank trying to activate the mobile app. The branches no longer have cash desks—everything must be done through the app. You can’t even withdraw foreign currency in person. When the app fails, you are left stranded. This is the most frustrating banking experience I’ve ever encountered. Those without strong tech skills cannot access their own funds. A truly disappointing system.

I plan to close my account the next time I am in Romania. To resolve these issues, they require you to call from abroad, which is expensive and involves long waits for customer service.
