I didn't receive any reminder or alert regarding the payment for my subscription. As a result, I now have an excess supply and have spent more money during a tight month. If I had been notified, I would have postponed this order and waited until I truly needed more of the product. I'm left feeling caught off guard and disappointed with this service. I no longer want to continue with this subscription model if it operates this way. Edit** - After contacting the support team about my issue, they were very helpful and changed my perspective on the company. I didn't see the email in either my junk or main inbox. However, their kindness and efficiency in resolving the matter were commendable.

I transitioned to these soaps a couple of years ago to minimize plastic waste in my clinic. They are user-friendly, smell wonderful, and are both eco-conscious and cost-effective. The green dispenser looks so nice that I now have one in my kitchen as well!
The products and customer service are excellent. I've transitioned all my cleaning supplies to this brand. They are not only effective and environmentally friendly but also aesthetically pleasing. The customer service is genuine and outstanding.
Pros: Quick delivery, stylish dispenser that seems durable (except for the pump—see below). Nice selection of scents. Cons: I was disappointed that this product was shipped by a service I usually avoid. The first pump malfunctioned, forcing me to use the spare—if you send a spare, perhaps improvements are needed! It feels wasteful regarding plastic. The foam isn't as richly scented as I hoped.
I love the concept; the soap tablets are easy to store and use. I had a minor issue with the bottle initially, but the customer support was fantastic, responding quickly and going above and beyond to resolve it. The foamy texture is enjoyable, but I wish the soap retained its fragrance better and left my hands as soft as traditional soap. I hope they enhance the formula over time.
