It looked good and a great setup of the webside but made a purchase waited the 2-7 business days for them to just tell me it would be delayed and by how much they couldnt tell and then when they finally give me a Date then they said 1(fire eel) of my fish would not be able to make it i so give em a week more and they call me and now says that 2(the fire eel and a female dwarf Gourami) of the fish are now unavable to be shipped even tho only one was not Abel to make it. Im a patience guy but im not wating a month for somthing that was advetiset as been send betwen 2-7 days and at most 48h og transport time would not buy from here if you have better things to do rather than waiting on nothing and at least accomendate for been close to a month on being delayed but only get an *we are sorry* mail so all in all just bad service they said my fire eel was maybe gonna be ready after a week and then they removed it from theyre site right after telling me they are just sketchy and I hope i get my refund as requested
I’ ve ordered from Italy and all fish arrived extremely healthy and all were alive and especially they were the same as displayed in the images !! No surprises just like the picture the same has arrived ! They called me before dispatching my order and gave me some advices about the fish I ordered and when I was ready they dispatched the order and it arrived to Italy in less than 48h!! I’ve ordered fish from other stores here in Italy and No other store can compare to Masterfish ! They were precise and very professional! Everyrhing as depicted !!
Highly recommended!Ordered two clownfish and some food, for my new tank. The clowns arrived the day after around 24 hours after. The clowns seem to be doing very well, after an acclimatization process and a QT. I can highly recommend this website and will for sure order there again. The price of the clowns were 13 euro, which is also pretty cheap in my mind and with a 29 euro express freight. You can't go very wrong.
Extremely horrible experience. DO NOT buy fish from them. False photos where I received the 'golden albino corys' that looked nothing like it, Same with the shrimps. The 5 'golden albino corys' have all died now since purchase along with passing some illness into my tank, I now have to figure out what it is and save the 500+ euros worth of fish, plants and investments already inside. Brought red dotted snails from them one arrived dead and the other does not have markings at all! Their stock is over bred and poor selection and you will know when you get brown shrimps when they are meant to be a low-grade red cherry... customer service was unhelpful saying i put algae eating shrimps in with the red shrimps to try and wiggle out of refunds. In the end i didn't argue anymore didn't need the stress and WILL NEVER buy from them again
I have been searching for a specific betta fish. I sent a photo to Masterfisch and they sourced an excellent specimen that was a very close match.The packaging and protection of the fish was perfect, and they provided all equipment and instructions for acclimatising. There were a lot of little details that they got just right, and I'll definitely use them again.
Im happy with the correspondence I had with them about my order, they are very informative and I’m over all happy with the order. It’s first time I ordered fish online so I was a bit nervous if the fish’s would make it alive but it turned out well. The guppy’s are beautiful, healthy and making a lot of fry. But one thing i wasnt informered about was that their guppy’s are not clean strains, as I thought. They are maybe the color i ordered but they must have been in aquariums with mixed spieches (guppy mix), the guppys i bought was bought as blue grass guppys but the fry that came out of the females are definitely not blue grass, the guppy strains is’nt clean or well etablished. So even when you buy guppy’s within a specific strain description you can not expect them to make fry that looks like the grown ones you bought. Maybe it’s the same with the other fish they have..just so you know
I have been ordering from Masterfisch since last year and never had any issue with any order placed so far. DOA policy works very good if you provide clear pictures and keep the support up to date with animals health status. I live in Sweden and their deliveries has been on time with perfect packing even for cold weather. I have mostly ordered fishes and corals from them which have been in perfect health and free from pests. Even most sensitive corals like SPS has survived quite well in cold weather.
I have been using this company for some time. Overall my experience has been very good. There was an issue with only one order. They did not send part of my order but did refund without hassle. The quality of their stock is excellent. Some of their stock is a little pricer than competitors but others are a steal. It really depends what you are buying.They have the best quality guppies I have ever seen. I think for the quality you receive, the price is very good. I have never had any D.O.A. Shipping: Activated carbon pellets are added to the bags, heat packs are used. The bags of livestock are placed in foil wrap and a high quality shipping box is used which shows they are experts in livestock shipping. My UPS delivery guy is excellent, always comes to my house first on his rounds to ensure my fish are delivered as quickly as possible. The whole process is completed in 24hrs. Free shipping is offered for orders over 150 which is a excellent and keeps me coming back and I really love the little fish gummy sweets they send out with my ordersAs long as you know how to acclimatise fish properly, there should be no reason any fish should perish. I have never had any fish purchased from here perish after days or weeks. They are all perfect.My only complaint: It would be nice to be able to select the colour of a Crowntail Betta instead of being sent a colour at random. When I order fish, I want specifics, especially for a single space species.
Absolute perfection. Ordered (from Sweden), and got a call from a french number about 5 hours later, to confirm that I would be present for the delivery next day.Imagine my surprise when I got a notification from UPS that the delivery has been picked up in France and it is scheduled to be delivered by noon next day.Even more shocking that it actually arrived ahead of time (because, UPS is not exacly know for reliability).Fish are happy and healthy, everything was packaged in an outstanding manner. Free acclimitisation kit is a giant bonus. Will definitely order again.PS. My daughter loved the gummybears shaped like fish that came with the order ;) )
This the second time I have bought from Masterfisch and they customer service cannot get any higher.! The first time I ordered the package arrived in perfect condition. You couldn’t see it has been sent to Denmark. Everything was in place and all animals was A+ I have just ordered a new shipment and I called them as I needed to add something to the order. Not a problem and the PayPal transfer details were sent within seconds. This is most definitely not the last time I will order from Masterfisch.!
