I am a founder of a manufacturing company. We have been experiencing problems with having a proper team and operations. After attending PACE program, I realised its very easy to build teams and grow business. The actual process might be complicated, but Rajiv broke down the process of doing it in simple steps. Overall the programme was very informative, engaging and educational.

Have helped initiate, build and run 2 business for my close relatives with my experience from my job as software architect, I was struggling to help them further to bring stability and success, all thanks to my lack of knowledge what business is and how it has to be executed. I loved the way business defined in a hierarchical, understandable, practical and generic way so it can be applied to all possible businesses. As the founder of Quantum Leap, a Corporate Training Company, I had the privilege of serving 110 corporate organizations.
However, in 2012, I faced my biggest setback till date.
My Outsourcing and Recruitment business incurred a loss of 70 lakh and a 45 lakh debt.
I hail that event as the turning point of my life. That marked the beginning of my travel diaries across the country - to interview India's top 300 Business Leaders.
Whatever I learnt, transformed me. And I have documented all my learnings in my book - "Lead or Bleed” - which went on to become an Amazon Bestseller.
But my mission was just getting started.
As a business coach, my vision is to empower entrepreneurs with a method to set, track, and achieve goals using the P.A.C.E system. And over the last decade, I've been able to impact the lives of over 200,000 individuals through my training programs.

My commitment extends to building an exclusive community of 2000+ entrepreneurs whom I personally coached through our 1-to-1 Coaching.
