Colors are off

Delivery was fine. The product is nothing like what I ordered. The colors are grey and dull. The carpet I ordered was a deep rich blue with turquoise accents. This rug is horrible.

The rug I bought was not as pictured

The rug I bought was not as pictured. I reached out stating this and asked for next steps; I got no reply. I have concluded that TheRugDecor is one of those shady companies who pretend to stand behind their products long enough to make the first sale, and cook their reviews to avoid having people discover the truth until after they’ve purchased. Recommends avoiding this company.
