I love Rakuten!!! Every quarter a check shows up and it comes right on time for me to pay a bill. I hate that sometimes I forget to go there first especially when I'm on my cellphone ;0(. I tell everyone in my close circle to use Rakuten. It makes sense! In some cases it covers taxes and more.

However, this Christmas, while shopping with family through the platform, I received nothing due to the extensive Terms and Conditions. It turned out that nearly all cash back offers were ineligible, yet the companies still accessed my data, leaving me with nothing in return. This feels like a lack of fairness. They gained what they wanted, while I received nothing. Be cautious about what you're giving and what you're getting in return when using this site. What once felt like mutual benefit now feels like a trick.
Rakuten is fantastic for saving money. However, my issue is that if you go back after clicking on the service, you have to begin the process all over again. It's also frustrating to use for both in-store and online purchases.

Another disappointing experience. During Black Friday, they increased the cashback but now claim I am not eligible. I purchased a laptop and was supposed to receive 12% cashback, but they just denied it and said it’s not eligible. I have all the evidence. Please avoid them for significant cashback amounts. They will deceive you. Consider other platforms; there are many.
