Such good value for money

Such good value for money. So much to do and so much amazing entertainment. We traveled over a hour for this and will follow and go back. A treat for grandsons birthday and he had the best day. All three children from 18 months to 7 and two young adults and grandma had a fabulous day. Rides for everyone and entertainment for everyone and the best value hook a duck. Great teddys thank you will follow your events. Highly recommended day out.

Refund promised but never received

Title: Refund promised but never receivedReview:I bought £48 of tickets through TicketSource for RA Monster Events’ Southwell Racecourse Family Fun Day (6 September 2025). Most of the attractions didn’t take place. TicketSource confirmed on 11 September that RA Monster Events had agreed to issue a full refund, and RA Monster even told me directly they would process it — but nothing ever arrived. I’ve chased multiple times by email and Facebook with no response. Very poor communication and no refund nearly two months later. Now had to send final demand later before looking at chargeback/small claims

Attended with my stall in September

Attended with my stall in September. The event was Really busy. Genorator went off and some one from the monster truck team helped me with it. There was 4 stalls holders I think everyone sold out. At times communication is hard but they are really busy. Thank you

Review of Newcastle balooons

Went to the event in Newcastle was good day out although very expensive as a family of 4. They want to look at making it cheap. Like £5 each a ride just a rip of that.
