Starting following you on Facebook and couldn't believe the great deals. Called up and enquired about a trip and the customer service was great! When I spoke to 3 different people over 2 days and I couldn't get over how good the service was, instantly just felt I was speaking to a family run company rather than a high street chain

Details provided to Michael who returned info promptly. On asking for alternatives for ease of travel whilst there, again, he was prompt, offered good advice and we booked there and then! Thank you!
