After having two negative experiences my friend convinced me to try again we were served by a lovely young lady Morgan her superiors could learn a lot from her holiday booked seats on the plane booked transfers all taken care of it was an absolute pleasure booking with her her knowledge is second to none she will go far in this business thank you Morgan
Payed a fortune for a holiday of a lifetime to Jamaica. Have had nothing but hassleSince. With flight times changing. No one advising us, flight home is now non direct, meaning connecting flights had to be changed, all at my expense. The service I’ve recieved since complaining about everything has also been horrendous. Will not use again!!!

In Feb they advertised a polar express trip for December which I booked as my son is a fan of the film. It was all paid for with pick up in aberdeen. We went and booked hotel rooms immediately as at xmas it can be very busy. Ramsay world travel have called me to tell me that the holiday trip is not happening (they have told me 3 different reasons due to the cancellation). I have lost the cost of the hotel rooms (circa £300) as we paid the cheaper rate of non refundable. Then on top of that I thought Ramsay travel would at least give me my money back and the manager john has refused. Commercial manager David Terry even advised that I travel to Dundee and pay for more hotels at my own expense if we want to go. So basically I have lost the holiday, lost the cost of the holiday and lost the cost of the hotel!!!! Just to rub salt into the wounds when I asked what do I tell my son that he's not going the manager john just chuckled down the phone and said thats not his problem. Spoke to the commercial manager David Terry again who claims he never even received payment. Trying to get my money back but David Terry informs me that its me that wishes to cancel the holiday break. When he knows full well its Ramsay Travel that has cancelled it. All I want is my money back. Looking at the negative reviews this company seems to make a habit of taking money for holidays that do not exist and then being difficult when they have to issue refunds.one star review is far too generous!!!!
Thank you to all the amazing staff. I booked my flights from Aberdeen to St Louis. Everything went to plan. Great communication from the team in Aberdeen. Already asked them to look at flights for me next year. Thank you Micheal and Team.
