My husband and I attended Randox Health at the Bluewater site for the Every Man and Every Woman full body assessments respectively, and we would like to commend the phlebotomist, Mariam B., who together with her colleague Amina A., made our experience a memorable one. They were both very pleasant and made us feel welcome and relaxed throughout.
Mariam clearly explained the process and thoughtfully recommended a couple of additional tests that may be beneficial, which we chose to add on.

Randox are getting very slow at sending out blood test results. A week after sending it back and haven't heard anything. This happened to a friend of mine as well. I am disabled so it isn't easy for me to keep redoing tests. Very poor service
I have to get blood tests quite frequently and this is the second time I've been to a Randox centre, im quite nervous about tests but the staff at the Manchester clinic are so lovely. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Rubina for my last test and she made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process. So far they've been very quick getting me all my results as well, and I love how detailed the reports are. Thank you!!
I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time, but was seen quickly. I went for the female hormone blood test and the appointment was super fast and carried out professionally. The clinic is clean and the staff are very kind. I downloaded the Randox app and was notified about my bloods being at the lab and literally under 24hours my results were ready to view. The report is informative and very helpful to understand each element of the test. Thank you again!
