Based on earlier feedback, it looks like ExpressTest, also known as Cignpost Diagnostics, no longer supports individual customers. Consequently, the vouchers provided appear to be useless. I had booked a PCR appointment which was canceled an hour later, and I received a £129 voucher valid until October 2023, yet all the links in the email are inactive. It might be a good idea to reach out to Cignpost directly. Interestingly, one of their directors was awarded a peerage! I can't share the email address here, but using the info email listed on their website worked for us. I believe they should take the initiative to contact voucher holders directly.

Doesn’t even worse half a star.. I have been trying to contact them several times to request my tests results and there is no answer I tried everything but they don’t seems to care about customer services it’s all about them not you I’m afraid ..
The shops are top end designer. However the restaurants are bog standard. This is a mismatch. Why appeal to big spenders in shops then serve them bland tasteless food. You need another Gordon Ramsey Plane Food at terminal 3 too.
2 HR delay taking off to LHR on arrival plane in front broke down blocking taxi runway. At the gate no one to operate the gangway and after all that minimum one hour delay for luggage. BA this is horrible service you are NOT favourite airline.Luggage delay "operational constraint" which means not enough people!!!
Despite an assurance from a senior manager from Express Test posted on this site in January 2023, I am still awaiting my refund. I was asked for my bank details 20 days ago, but have received no funds or indeed acknowledgement of my recent emails. I am feeling very disgruntled and disappointed with these false promises. The sad thing is I rated Express Test very highly when I had to use their tests, but trying to obtain this refund is like getting blood out of a stone.
Thanks to this company, and they’re keenest to delay test results until the last minute of their (4 hours window), I was unable to fly despite being at the airport 4 hours before. If you know you want peace of mind you’re better off using another company, every other company I have used has provided much better quality service. These ones are terrible. Never again.
I would give a zero review after my sons stressful experience yesterday . On arriving at the centre all the requirements needed and test were completed before 1.30 but the man for some reason told us to book the time slot for 2.00 I did wonder why at the time but we did as he advised . We didn’t receive the result until 18.05, this made our last few hours with our son very stressful as they closed the gate for his flight at 17.55 but thanks to the lovely helpful staff they said he could wait another 10 minutes and they would rush him through and as it was the fault of the test centre they would reschedule his flight which was a great relief to us as we thought he would not only miss his flight but also the £1200 pounds for the flight. It wasn’t a case of last minute on our part as we had been let down by a service we had used that had promised the test would be delivered 24 hours before we set off it hadn’t tuned up so we feel we have been let down twice . What should have been an enjoyable last few hours with our son, it was a horrible rollercoaster ride that we never want to experience again . Also having no contact number added to the stress as even the staff were trying to contact them for us. I can’t praise the Heathrow staff enough with ANA Airways.
Booked a test but the online order process failed. So no evidence of booking but money deducted from my account. They agreed to refund and asked for my details. Not heard anything back despite chasing on mail & chat for the past 3 weeks. Really shouldn't be this hard but hoping this might trigger a response..
