So this one is for all the ppl like me that just assume everything on the internet is a scam an trying to steal ur money! So originally I was very skeptical to order from this site for my own reasons but I really needed this product an decided to take a risk I emailed them to make sure I ordered the right ones an they emailed me back walked me through it so I ordered 3 bottles they sent me a tracking number everything was good but then things started to happen I had a different tracking number show up in my email an I didn't know where it came from didn't think to much more about it so the package said it would be hear Thursday on the 7th then the next day it changed to the 4th an everything my package did this random package would do the same then the da changed again to today an the random package did the same finally my package was out for delivery my mail usually runs right at 2:30 we'll I check at 3:30 an nothing so I track it it says its still out for delivery but the random tracking number was delivered i called an Paige was so sweet to me an I was a complete ass thinking this was a scam an they got my money eventually though the tracking number updated an said my package was delivered but I didn't see it now I know its a scam so I call back an let her know she still is being absolutely professional an told me she doesn't know why this is happening but said if I really didn't get it just send her a picture of my empty mailbox so as I was going to do that my neighbor was walking out with a box in his hand an it was my package the mailman put it at the wrong house an everything that I ordered was in the box just the way it looked on the site I called an apologized an I felt like such an ass but this company is the real deal I promise very professional its a small company trying to make it so pls dont hesitate an tell ppl about this company because it really is the best
Tested my reagent kit with substances I had on hand. All substances worked perfectly and how you would expect. Order of the test kit was promptly shipped out and arrived within a week. I have not needed to contact support, but they include an email and phone number for any questions and concerns. Any questions I did have, were answered by simply reading the information on their website. This company will definitely be my go-to for any reagent tests in the future.
I was happy with the pricing but more importantly I liked the guide explaining which Combination of reagents I was going to need for my testing.After I received my order, I had some confusion so I called and spoke to a really nice guy who helped me understand the capabilities and limitations of what I had.There are some really stupid and potentially dangerous chemicals people can add to stuff before an elf like myself might make a purchase.I like to have fun but I Don’t want to play roulette.
