I've been ordering from this service annually without issues, but after my recent $200 order, I'm reconsidering. They don't offer a tracking number unless you pay extra, which is frustrating. It states, 'Doesn't include-slower.' I usually receive my items through USPS, but the absence of automatic tracking is baffling! USPS has lost my packages multiple times, and it took me months to recover my funds. It's hard to understand why a company wouldn't offer such a basic service—perhaps they want to lose customers or charge more for essential information. This is not the same service I once trusted, and I can't recommend them now.

Unfortunately, most of the seeds I purchased this year did not germinate. Not a single Malabar spinach or two types of amaranth sprouted, nor did the cilantro or free bok choy. The radish produced greens but no bulbs, and the New Zealand spinach also failed to sprout. I feel like I wasted both money and time.

We typically order a large quantity, and they often include extra free packets. The only issue we encountered was a lost order earlier this year.
