Every step of the way, there was open communication. Rasa let me know even before we began the process, that there might be certain hiccups along the way, which may or may not cost more money. It didn’t end up costing more, but it was nice they were upfront about the potential for more fees. It was a real weight off my shoulders to not have to do the legwork and filing of documents, etc. For some, they can go the through the process on their own to save a few bucks, but for me, Rasa was absolutely money well spent!
