Very disappointing experience.
The original delivery was missed due to issues between the company and their courier. When it did arrive, the set was the wrong colour. A swap was arranged, but the team then couldn’t unload the replacement or collect the incorrect one. The pallet was left blocking my side gate and wheeled across my lawn, damaging the grass.
I would have accepted a replacement, the product seemed good, but the customer service made that impossible. There was no working phone number, and responses included comments such as calling my decision “a real case of cutting off your nose to spite your face” and saying it was a “shame as you won’t get such a high quality cube set for that money.” Completely unprofessional, and missing the point as the issue was with the service not the product.
After collection, no refund was processed, and I had to proceed with a chargeback through my card provider. Seeing the other bad reviews it appears this is a common theme when orders dont go right.
It's not always the best option to go for the cheapest providers. It seems when the process goes smoothly, they are good.. but if there is an issue, then it makes you want to pay more and shop elsewhere.

The matter has now been resolved via my card provider following a chargeback. I’ve amended my rating to reflect that the issue is now closed.
