Review Time
Would give 0 stars if I could. The Raycon Website prevents customers from leaving reviews. I bought the bone conducting headphones and trusted the company's advertisements.
The headphone are terrible for the following reasons:
1) sound quality and volume is terrible, my music was barely audible at the gym at full volume.
2) They are very stiff and don't fit a normal persons head.
3) The charger is incredibly flimsy and finicky to get charging.
4) They are way to overpriced for the quality and fit
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY
I've owned several pairs of earbuds, and unfortunately, I've often ended up losing one, resulting in incomplete sets. However, I've been pleased with my two pairs of everyday earbuds and the newer generation. Here are some highlights: The compact design makes them less obtrusive compared to bulkier models, allowing them to stay put even during intense activities or while sweating. They also hold up well when used in the shower. Sound quality is quite good. While I'm not an audiophile, I can say they outperform some headphones I've used and provide a noticeable upgrade over my backup pair. There are certainly higher-quality options available, but these are more than adequate for everyday use. Battery life is impressive. I can often go a full day without needing to recharge, and the charging process is relatively quick. Durability is where I feel compelled to share my experience, particularly with the latest everyday model. After losing one earbud while shoveling snow post-holiday, I had resigned myself to having to buy a new set. However, once the snow melted, I found the missing bud, which I expected to be non-functional. To my surprise, it worked perfectly, showing no signs of damage despite being buried in snow for weeks. They've even survived a laundry cycle without issue. In conclusion, I appreciate their size, fit, audio quality, battery life, and exceptional durability. I will likely purchase another pair once my current ones are lost or worn out.
I bought a pair back in 2023 and they lasted a whole 3 years before my left earbud broke in December 2025 (my fault btw bc I failed to put it in my ear properly and it fell out into the snow) I plan to purchase a new pair in February 2026 and I might buy other stuff from them in the future. P.S I saw a lot of bad reviews about the earburs not charging and I wanted to ask if the people themselves are checking if the earbuds are charging. I myself use The Everyday Earbuds and the way I know they're charging is by checking if the end lights on the capsule are glowing red. If they are that means that the capsule is charging the earbuds. If the end lights on the capsule are not glowing red as soon as you close the capsule try opening and closing again, if that doesn't work take your earbuds, put them in your ears and hold the button on them both until you hear "power off" (make sure both played that) then place them back in the capsule before closing it. if the 4 lights are blinking green as soon as you open the capsule that means that the capsule itself is out of battery and needs charging. Also another note, if the end lights on the capsule glow red and later turn off, don't panic as that's normal. The Red lights turn off after glowing for about a minute and if the lights do go off after a minute, the earbuds are still charging.
I find these headphones incredibly frustrating. They completely cut off your audio at 30% battery every couple of minutes to announce "Battery low". There's no subtle notification; they just mute everything to let you know. Despite their high price, they feel like low-quality headphones, and I deeply regret my purchase.
I spent over $400 on gear for my kids for Christmas, but one of the headphones arrived damaged. I initiated a warranty claim through the service's return agent but never got any confirmation or instructions for the return, nor did I receive a replacement. When I reached out to the support team, they directed me back to the warranty claim page without addressing my issue. I'm unable to submit another claim for the same item, which is very frustrating.
I've tried various earbuds that often fall out, but ever since I got these fitness earbuds, I've been really impressed. They offer excellent quality, a snug fit, and fantastic music with great bass! Plus, the packaging is very nice. I rate these earbuds 10/10. Ignore the negative reviews; many of them seem to be misleading and aimed at tarnishing the reputation of the brand.
While these cables have an interesting swivel feature and seem sturdy due to their covering, the magnets are incredibly weak. If you try to use your device while it's charging, it simply won't stay connected. The disconnection happens with less effort than pushing a stick through a marshmallow for s'mores. I recommend looking for alternatives.
I purchased fitness earbuds, and by the fourth day, the case stopped charging them. Additionally, the sound quality is poor, with audio leaking so much that a second person can hear what I'm listening to, even at low volume. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0/10.
I'm not a fan of online shopping, but when a trusted person suggests something, I'm willing to give it a try. The service was incredibly fast, with excellent communication. I appreciated the lack of overwhelming emails, and the claims process was straightforward. The representatives were friendly and personal, not robotic or outsourced.
The support was outstanding. My charging case wasn't working, and the representative was incredibly helpful in exploring various options and ultimately arranging for a replacement set of earbuds, which arrived promptly. I appreciate all the assistance provided!
