no REPLY and no REFUND

return parcel arrived on 29 jul 2023, but after half month, still waiting for REFUND, no one REPLY email, sent many times and called AT hotline and they said not their business but asked to call Germany hotline with my expenses. cant believe such a big company but POOR service. will not purchase again but rather pay a bit higher to purchase from Amazon etc.PLEASE REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!
