This establishment deserves no stars. The conditions are appalling and should be closed down. It resembles a puppy mill, with the unfortunate puppies appearing unhealthy and exhausted, lying in their own waste. The odor is overpowering, with a strong smell of ammonia from the urine. It's unjust for the animals, both puppies and cats, housed here. Please investigate this place and avoid visiting; it's crucial to report it.
This place deserves no stars. It's revolting. This pet store needs to be shut down. It resembles a puppy mill. Unbelievable! It’s hard to know where to start, but animal welfare and customer service seem to be their last priority. Their focus appears to be on delaying payouts (claiming our 10-year-old dog was aggressive to avoid covering medications!) and raising premiums without valid reasons. I would not suggest this service to anyone!
I recently contacted the support team about a policy I held for over six years for our dog who sadly passed away earlier this month. The representative I spoke with was disrespectful and showed no sympathy. After making a claim on July 4th regarding our dog’s unexpected death, which is understandably distressing, I expected some compassion. Instead, the representative had a poor attitude when I inquired about the monthly payment still being deducted on July 14th (11 days after his passing, and the policy was canceled). This behavior is shocking and unacceptable, especially towards grieving customers.
I just received my annual renewal policy, and the cost has literally doubled, despite only making one minor claim last year! This is absolutely astounding. While I understand costs are rising, this is excessive. I will be canceling my policy and saving the premiums for any future treatments. Additionally, a claim submitted last year took months to resolve, even though it was straightforward. I advise avoiding this service!
Extremely disappointing. After a decade of payments, I submitted a small claim, and it took five months to process, only to be told the claim was canceled because the vet hadn't responded. They had! They provided a complete report. I'm furious with them. Now they claim the vet did respond and it was a pre-existing condition! It definitely was not, and the vet never informed me of the cause, so how could they claim to know? Likely because I’ve taken my business elsewhere.
Making a claim with this service takes ages to receive reimbursement, with constant follow-ups and logging into their portal that lacks updates. They blame the vets for not submitting information, making you a middleman between the two parties; it’s absurd! It took over three months to settle a straightforward claim. We canceled our direct debit, and their rapid response to collect their outstanding £10.03 from us was impressive! This shows they care more about collecting money than settling valid claims. Avoid this service!
I emailed to cancel my dog's insurance as it was no longer needed over a week ago, but received no reply. I called yesterday to cancel, and the representative showed no empathy, repeatedly asking for my new phone number. I informed them I didn’t need to insure my deceased dog, and they placed me on hold to transfer me to sales! Again, I attempted to cancel, only to be told my renewals had processed and would start on 7/11/23! They even had the audacity to take my money. I've canceled the direct debit and will never engage with this service again.
