Avoid this seller at all costs!!! I bought a second-hand laptop for my mobile workshop, but it arrived with a dead battery.
It needs to be plugged in all the time to function, which completely undermines my needs.
I sent numerous emails without any response and wasted hours on phone calls over several months. I was told a new battery had been sent, but that turned out to be untrue.
I've given up; I hope others considering a purchase from them take my warning seriously.
