Phone lost at Ijdijk.

We rented a houseboat at Ijdijk.As we left to visit the City of Amsterdam, my daughter stumbled and “splash” her phone fell into the water. She was devastated but our landlord gave us the number of “Recovery Divers”. We couldn’t believe it as they told us that they would help us. We made an appointment at 9.0 PM and right on time Marja arrived. She was very kind and tried to find out where the phone fell into the water. She searched but couldn’t find the phone where we had excepted it to be. Instead of giving up she tried it with the metall detector and after approximately 45 Minutes she finally found the phone and it still worked. My daughter was very happy and thankful. So if you need something to be found in the water try “Recovery Divers” if they don’t find it I think it can’t be found. Special thanks to Marja for not giving up.

The loveliest guys in the world!

The loveliest guys in the world!! We dropped a phone into the canal in Amsterdam! They came to help as soon as they could (with other jobs between us). Very kind and professional- these guys have seen it all! They even gave Silica Gel packets and a bag to put the phone in to help it recover. Very informative and eased our stress. A great service and the divers are volunteers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
