I’m shocked! He came and got myiPhone 16 pro which was 6 metres deep for 12 hours and got it within 2 minutes. The man was very polite, and nice to talk to, made the nervous situation a lot better. Also provided a bag and a QR code to dry and clear out the speakers after.
We had an incredible experience with Recovery Divers. My phone had fallen to the bottom of the Amstel river, close to the Amstel bridge in Amsterdam. The diver arrived quickly and managed to find the phone in no time, even though the visibility was extremely poor.What impressed me most was the level of care after the recovery: they provided us with a special drying bag including a moisture absorber to safely dry out the phone. On top of that, we got a QR code that played a specific sound to help remove any remaining water from the phone’s speakers.This was pure service – thoughtful, professional, and incredibly helpful. I’m beyond grateful for how well we were supported. And the best part: we didn’t even have to go to a phone repair shop afterwards. Everything was taken care of. 100% worth the money!Thank you so much again!
My experience was perfect! They replied as soon as we first sent a text and understood our situation. They arranged for the dive as soon as possible. Great experience from start to finish! They came to Leiden within an hour of calling. They found the phone within 15 minutes of diving in. Their experience and equipment made finding a black phone under 2 meters of water in lots of vegetation possible. They were super friendly and had many fun stories to share also. Highly recommended!
I can’t thank Recovery Divers enough for their incredible help! During my trip to Amsterdam, I accidentally dropped my phone into a canal. Luckily, I came across Recovery Divers, and they were absolute lifesavers!They responded quickly, came fully prepared, and were incredibly professional and friendly throughout the process. When I informed them that I had lost my wallet, they almost instantly responded and scheduled an appointment on the same day. The diver was professional and very skilled, she managed to retreive my wallet in under half an hour even though the canal was filthy and full of debris. Top!
My really deep thanks to Recovery Divers for helping me get my phone back! Dropped my phone in the canal at the Prins Hendrikkade and thought it was a goner as soon as I saw it tumble into the water but Marja from Recovery Divers turned up and saved the day, and recovered my phone in full working condition!
