Expedited delivery issues

Was not given next day delivery as I paid for and then as I proceeded to notify them that I was upset about the service I received they continued to blame it on my misunderstanding of delivery methods when it was not clearly stated on the website as I purchased the expedited shipping. Product is great service was subpar.
