Bethany kept constant communication with us regarding the status of our device. They are totally flexible in accommodating our needs. Annie is remarkable; she is extremely knowledgeable and capable; she thoroughly explained what kind of brace we needed and how it is made. It was incredible to hear details of what sounded so impossible. Yet she made it happen. And a custom made brace was created based on her prep work, and it is a real life changer for us. We actually watched the miracle from its conception to its completion. Thank you, Hanger Clinic, for the positive impact you have had on our lives! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you.

I had no issues with my local office until recently. Since the changes, I've struggled to get my prescriptions filled, and they called me a day before my appointment after a long wait. I reached out to my local office and they resolved it quickly. I've been a loyal customer for 45 years. Very disappointed.
I purchased a leg which never fit correctly, and I cannot get any follow-up. I moved and have called the office multiple times without a response. They promised to assist but never followed through. It seems they prioritize profit over patient care. Buyer beware.
If I could rate this service zero stars, I would. I was charged excessively for a leg brace. Now, the Velcro is failing, and they want me to get a doctor's approval for a replacement, which is unnecessary. This feels like a way to avoid servicing equipment. Very disappointing.
