To be honest, there was a mistake on my initial order. I ordered 4 new binaurals and only got 1, but customer service was excellent!! 1 quick phone call on Friday afternoon and I had the other 3 by Monday. Very courteous and helpful

quick service. Great customer service. I was called because the color of the replacement pieces I ordered was on back order. I was called to see if I wanted to wait or if I wanted to choose an alternative. So impressed with a company that actually interacts with the customer and was so professional and nice.
