My account was locked a few months ago for 'safety reasons.' Prior to this, I updated my email in my account settings. Now, I can't reset my password or unlock my account because the reset link is sent to my old email, which I no longer have access to. I’ve reached out to the support team multiple times through their support page and DMs from an alternate account, providing my new email, but I've yet to receive any response. I'm now left with a locked account that I can't access, and the lack of assistance is incredibly frustrating.

I believe that artificial intelligence offers better, more immediate responses. Perhaps layoffs have contributed to the poor customer service. The organization needs significant improvement.

If you incur their displeasure, they can effectively ban you even if you haven't broken any rules. Additionally, the reporting system is set up to favor moderators, making it difficult for users to voice concerns. I have personally received hate messages from a moderator, and despite appealing a ban, I was suspended for 'harassment' simply for filing an appeal. On another occasion, my helpful comment was deleted under 'moderator discretion,' while a moderator reposted it and received recognition. It's easy to dismiss criticism of the platform as politically motivated, but my review aims to highlight how these empowered moderators neglect the platform's responsibilities, similar to how some leaders use technology to avoid accountability.
