The daily gratitude challenge for 30 days was a gamechanger for me. I understood how to vent out the emotions and heal internally and the way it helps in clearing the internal stuck beliefs is amazing.
I'm part of the Arkastra Healing zone for more than a year now and really impressed and positively impacted by their courses, workshops and routines like the 31-Day Healing Gratitude challenge. This challenge with its daily positive Gratitude affirmations has really helped me calm and relax my mind and given lots of positivity, motivation and gratitude feeling to better approach life's struggles and inter-personal relationships.
Today I successfully completed the 30-day free Gratitude Challenge by Arkasstra, and I truly want to express my heartfelt thanks to Vasudhaji. Practising gratitude on a daily basis brought a beautiful shift in my mindset, awareness, and overall energy. The simple yet powerful guidance helped me stay consistent and mindful every single day.
