Exceptional customer service

This company's customer service is literally second to none, thanks to Jonathan Knight. He was exceptional in every respect and a pleasure to deal with. The product didn't work for my condition but I tried another top-rated company also and that too didn't work, so it's likely my condition rather than the product or technology.
