I’ve bought Nikura essential oils via a large online retailer before, and love the quality. Saw their own advert so made a fairly big order and after I had paid I realised I’d missed a couple off. I emailed and got a quick reply with invoice and the extra 2 were added, no fuss. Fab customer service. Can’t wait to receive my order and try out the blends iv not tried before 😁

Love this diffuser! No messing around with water, it’s simple, clean, and really easy to use. The oils smell amazing and fill the room beautifully. I did have an issue where the diffuser stopped working, but the customer service was fantastic. They emailed me a few fixes to try, and when those didn’t work, they sent out a replacement membrane straight away. Genuinely amazing customer service – highly recommend Nikura.

Appreciation for quick delivery and quality products

I've placed several orders with the company, and each time, the delivery has been impressively swift, and the items are of excellent quality. I'm particularly fond of the fragrance oils and the soy and beeswax, which I utilize for my candle-making business❤️. Great product at a fair price.
