Phil rang us to check that we were both ok and to make sure that the policies we had with we're still meeting our need's. After a short chat with him about myself and giving some information it was decided to leave my policy as it was. But it was decided that the wife's policy could be changed to a better one.All was explaining to the wife and she decided to change to the new better policy. Phil and the rest of the team are always looking after the best interests of the clients and not themselves. It was not until the end of the phone call that we realised that we had being with Red Rose Insurance for 10 years. And they are still as friendly and polite now as there where than. So once again thank you for all your help.
Phil and the team at Red Rose are honest, reliable and very easy to talk to. We have been with them for a few years and have recently taken out a couple more policies through them. I would highly recommend Red Rose who are a breath of fresh air when trying to navigate through the sometimes complicated insurance jargon.
