I bought the 4.99 package to finish watching the show I was watching. But it started me all the way back to episode 15? When I was supposed to be on episode 26! So I had to use up all my coins just to get to where I was...by time I got to the episode I had no more coins!!
IM VERY VERY PISSED!!
I had VIP access for a week, cancelled they confirmed I had cancelled but continued to take money from my account without my consent or knowledge, I have sent them numerous emails and I get a generic email response and still waiting for my refund, they are thieves
The company does not care about the customer experience. The subscription is too expensive for what you get. I tried to cancel and was still charged for two months after I canceled. I contacted support and was told that I did not cancel properly. After sending screenshots that I did cancel properly they sent me a screenshot of a summary of our conversations and stated that I did not cancel properly and that their policy is to not refund. So they stole from me for two months and after I provided proof they did nothing to correct it. This company is crooks.

Avoid this service!! I have been trying to watch some shorts on various platforms, but either can’t get access even after spending money or the content was removed after payment. After downloading, I lost access to the shorts and now can’t find them. I had to delete and reinstall the app just to try to access episodes, but it still doesn’t work. These platforms have no problem taking your money and giving you nothing in return. What a complete joke!!!
The endings are ridiculous. The last one told me not to love you. They should really add more episodes; the endings are poorly done. This is the case with all the stories. It would have been good if they showed characters getting married, etc. Too expensive to subscribe to, and the endings are overrated.
I was promised free streaming to watch all episodes without ads, but upon downloading, it took me to episode 8, around 3 minutes in. To watch the rest, you have to get a monthly subscription, which is quite pricey. It’s a total scam; I wouldn’t trust them with my bank or phone. If they can lie in advertisements, what else are they hiding?
