Hi! So this is my second order from Pawtraits and I loved my first one. This one is great there were just a couple issues. I had two dogs in this one and only one of their names were included and a smaller issue is that one of the dogs is black and in the photo he was changed to brown. I can handle that but it would be great if both dogs names were featured. Photo quality was great I love the artwork. Just those small issues
The portrait is ok, a little washed out, but ok.Not ok is how long it took. I paid the extra money for the super fast, skip the line, delivery & that seemed to have no effect at all. I would probably use this again, but I would not believe you can get "quick" delivery. It will take the better part of a month AFTER you approve the portrait.
Extremely poor quality print. Approved eye color in photo proof is blue, printed image from regal pawtraits has black eyes. Horrible customer service. Had to report them to BBB for help. They do not print the approved proof with correct/matching quality of the proof. Refuse to replace it even though the website states they will per company policy
