The Good:Tobby's customer service was outstanding. He was always approachable, responsive, and helpful across both email and WhatsApp. The WhatsApp option was brilliant for avoiding international call charges. He explained everything clearly without jargon and always followed up our conversations with written summaries. His professionalism is exceptional and a real credit to Regency FX.The Not-So-Good:Despite excellent service, I chose a competitor due to a few concerns:- The platform felt clunky and less intuitive than competitors. Finding the currency conversion rate on my account wasn't straightforward.- The £1,000 minimum for testing transfers seemed high. Tobby arranged a £500 minimum with his manager, which was helpful.- However, I was only told after requesting the conversion that the £500 rate would be less favorable than the £1,000 rate. This lack of upfront transparency was disappointing.Summary:Tobby deserves 5 stars, but the platform usability and rate transparency issues meant I went elsewhere. With clearer pricing communication and a more user-friendly interface, Regency FX would be very competitive.
