Great product and easy to combine into your daily routine. I’ve used the product for the past 4 years. It would be nice to get another free bottle send every few years.
I placed my first AG1 order on January 4, 2026. After several weeks, the order status remained “preparing” and the product was never delivered.
Only after I contacted customer support myself, I was informed that AG1 had internal problems related to a change of their European fulfilment partner. I was told that my original shipment had been stuck at the “shipping label created” stage and that a reshipment would be sent instead.
AG1 confirmed that the order was resent and assured me that everything had been resolved. However, as of today, I still have:
no tracking number,
no delivery confirmation,
and no product received.
Waiting nearly a full month for a premium subscription product, with no proactive communication and no verifiable shipment details, is unacceptable. While support responses are polite, the issue itself remains unresolved.
I am sharing this experience so other customers are aware that delivery problems can occur and that a “reshipment confirmed” message does not necessarily mean the order is actually on its way.
I placed my order 3 weeks ago and until now I have not received anything. After sending an email to the customer service I got a reply that they would send it within 3 working days, this was two weeks ago and still nothing and now the customer service team is not responding to my emails. I paid more than 100 euros and nobody is taking care of my order. I advise not to buy anything from them!
We are fans of the product. With that said hate that you can not buy it in a store. Each time trouble with the delivery. Delays, difficult communication and low end delivery partner in FedEx... Please start working with local in store purchase options..
