Anu is incredible! She is so skilled at what she does. I am so grateful for her insights and how she has helped me shift so much within me the create a safe space for a lasting commitment and has prepared me well with the right communication techniques and tools to magnetise lasting love. I feel so prepared to be the woman I have always wanted to be in a relationship of my dreams, that is fantastic. Thank you for her support, help and compassion. Anu has so much powerful knowledge.
So disappointed. I spent $115 for my first session, she didn’t give me any tools to use, than when trying to book on my account she sent my by spouse a payment of $1600. We told “Jessa” we were moving and that we are 22 and 26. We don’t have that kind of money. But she kept pushing. Than at 1 in the morning I received texts from Jessa about her open schedule. Like are you guys for real? Trying to take advantage of young adults. SO UPSET with our experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. After posting this review I get an email stating I now owe $99. WTF
I have been talking to coach Nicole for 3 years, she has witnessed my growth in 3 different relationships, and now I am in a very happy and healthy relationship. Talking to someone professional and trustworthy is an ongoing self-care which is the best investment in myself. Nicole is very empathetic and great at communicating. She is passionate about what she does and is genuine about helping people in their relationships and self-development. I am so glad that she is my coach. Despite the distance between Ireland and Australia, I have received the most comforting conversation with her each time before I sleep. I like doing sessions just before I sleep which works on this website. Nicole have given me lots of great perspectives.
My coach, Irene is a generous listener, holding space for me with deep compassion and presence. I always leave our sessions feeling that I’ve gotten everything off my chest and that we have thoroughly explored my current emotional landscape. Additionally, Irene carefully reads the updates I write in my journal (some of these are quite long!) and asks pointed questions about these in our sessions. The opportunity to share with her so openly like this has been a huge support for me for the past several months.Our main priority in working together is to cultivate authentic communication in my relationships. Through the framework of attachment style theory, she has helped me identify anxious and avoidant patterns in my communication and has also helped me understand where those patterns come from. This newfound self-awareness has empowered me to communicate more directly in my dating life. With her guidance, I have gained clarity in several relationships that were causing me confusion and anxiety. In the process of learning to communicate more openly with romantic partners, many difficult feelings have arisen. She has provided immense support as I’ve processed these emotions.Irene is very skilled at holding me accountable to our goals. She is both gentle and firm at the same time. She finds clear action items that align with my current needs and points me in the right direction so I can continue to progress. Ultimately, our work together has helped me find greater clarity, alignment, and peace. I am so grateful to have received Irene’s support and guidance. Anyone would be fortunate to work with her.

I cannot thank Henrike enough for her insight and no nonsense approach. Henrike knows how to drill down to the source of anguish and cut through to the bottom. I love her proactive and practical approach and sharing of helpful tactics and cannot recommend her highly enough. In my mind I go back to the things she has said when I encounter similar situations and can approach new situations with less intensity and go forward with a new attitude and stick to my boundaries. I was praying REALLY hard the night I found the site that led me to you. It wasn't your relationship site and it asked me a number of questions regarding my preferences for a counselor ie age, balding etc. (okay the balding part wasn't really a question) but God knew what he was doing and what we both needed. So yes I am incredibly thankful. I can tell you truly care. You have been so helpful; you're incredibly in tune with what is being relayed to you. Not at all judgmental and extremely concise and uplifting. There are times in life when you meet people that you just know have answered their true calling, you are definitely one of those people. Believe me when I say this, because I've met a number of therapists over the last 15 years of my life and with as much as they've helped me, I now realize that they pale in comparison to what I could've had access to. Metz has been of great help to me healing from my tough breakup with my ex. With his extensive knowledge, attention to detail and his recognition for recurring patterns in me, he also saw that there was more than just the breakup that I needed to heal from. He saw that I needed to heal from my childhood as I was living and limiting myself with limiting beliefs.
