Booked an appointment online when searching for a wall in clinic after I slipped on the ice and dislocated my knee. Answered 2 pages of questions, explained why I need see a Dr. Drive ½ hour to get to my appointment to only find out no one showed up for work today and these guys aren't medical doctors they are pharmacist. Would have been nice to have this knowledge before hobbling in and out of the car and across the store on an injured leg.
The store closed thirty minutes before the time posted on the website. A notice on the door cited a closure due to "lack of pharmacists." I was simply looking to buy a drink, so it was puzzling why the entire store needed to shut down for this issue. The staff inside noticed us reading the sign, shook their heads and laughed, then quickly left. This reflects a highly unprofessional approach to business.
Store closed a half hour earlier than website indicated. Sign on door read closure due to "lack of pharmacists". Wanted to buy a drink, not sure why the entire store needed to close due to pharmacist issues. Staff inside observed us reading the sign, shook their heads and laughed then ran away. Extraordinarily unprofessional way of conducting business.
Rexall Milk River ABHas to be the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. They forget to fax out doctor. They forgot to get our meds forwarded from another pharmacy. This place is beyond incompetent. Our holiday is ruined because they forgot to notify our doctor and was assured it would not be an issue. GO elsewhere is you can
Nice clean store but the pharmacy is one muddle-ip mess. Husband called to refill prescription, they said no refills so he went to doctor and dropped off new prescription last week. Today he called to refill 4 prescriptions and they could not find his file so he printed out his list of meds for his heart, drove there—nope. No file BUT they did have the prescription he had dropped off. Not filled yet, of course. So….this is long weekend, clinic is closed until Tuesday and he has”just enough” heart meds. And the darn pharmacy hasn’t a clue even though we have been getting his meds there for over a year, thanks for nothing,
I bought Rexall Heavy Duty Bandages because my pharmacy was out of Johnson & Johnson. They don't stick. The area was flat on my foot. The wound was a small blister. It was clean and dry. I used 4 of the bandages and they all fell off within the hour.
I went to the Rexall Drug store at 63 Wellesley Street E. Toronto, ON M4Y 1G7 Store #1974 to buy Paper Towels. There was a sale tag for members of BeWell indicating that Sponge Towels 6-Roll was on sale for $5.77.Directly above the price sticker were a number of packages of Sponge Towels 6 rolls. I took one of the packages to the cashier and the price that showed up was $27.11 I stated to the cashier that the price must be incorrect. No one with any sense would pay $27 for 6 paper towel rolls.I was not allowed to speak to the manager, but the cashier said that whatever the cash registers indicates is correct. I took him to the shelf and I showed him where the packages were located and the pricing below. He went down the shelf and picked up a Sponge Towel 2 Roll and said that was the one on sale. I had taken the sticker off the shelf and I showed it to him. He then said that it was not the sale item. I asked him why these 6-roll packages were placed above the sticker. He had no explanation, but would not call the manager.I tried to send a message to Rexall on line using their customer service website; however, I was unable to submit my message, so after 4 tries, I gave up.I tried to call Rexall customer service but was instructed to leave my phone number and a brief message because they were being overwhelmed by customer inquiries and all operators would be busy until after the office was closed. Is this some kind of pricing fraud? I believe that a store must sell the product according to the price on the sticker.I have left my phone number and a message with Rexall and asking them to please help me in this matter.Based on my experience with REXALL, I doubt if I will hear from them in the near future.Preferred solution: I would like them to honour their sale price of $5.77 and stop acting fraudulently.
