Seem to have either problem trying to get customer service and also DPD, last 2 prescriptions. One sent back by Dpd as they were taking too long to deliver it, they only have so long as its a prescription medicine. ordered another one and my hubby has just been sent a text at 3.28am to say yet another delay!will this also get sent back? I dont know if your taking on far too many patients and cant keep up with demand. For a year and a half we had no problems now it seem always something. also pay the £39.99 per month so you would think releaf would mail back or phone back. Thankfully i did manage after a couple days and many hours of phoning to be told it was marked as urgent....🤔 then delayed again 🫣 it's taking longer and longer to get his prescription. Sorry guys. It is very frustrating tho. My husband has just received yet another text saying another delay so im assuming they will both be over the time threshold and get sent back. Very disappointing.

What a relief — truly! I never imagined I would see this day in my lifetime, but thanks to the expertise of the representative and the service, I now have legal access to the most effective pain relief available. The process was remarkably easy. The only challenge I faced was due to residing in a specific region, as the local health system's login didn't function as expected. I had to obtain my medical records directly from the health service, which caused a slight delay, but aside from that, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The 20-minute consultation with the representative was outstanding. Their knowledge, professionalism, and the details provided reassured me that this is a reliable and well-managed service. Now, I am just waiting for my first prescription to arrive. It's frustrating that this isn't the standard procedure for the health system — because it definitely should be.

The consultants are very friendly and guide you through each step of the process. The website is packed with information, and I've found everything I could possibly need. My only concern has been the odor of the parcel upon delivery; it's quite noticeable what it is. Aside from that, everything has been excellent.

I admit I missed asking some important questions, but for those I did raise, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. The answers were not only accurate but also included options I hadn’t considered before. The consultation was definitely worthwhile, regardless of the results!
