This is the best place for second-hand shopping! They have unique pieces at reasonable prices, accurate sizing, excellent communication, and quick shipping. I haven't visited the store yet, but my online shopping experience has been wonderful. They even informed me about minor stains on two items before shipping, showing their commitment to customer service. Shipping is very fast, and they use tracked services for orders over £130, which is a huge plus. I'm thrilled with my experience and look forward to shopping more!
My daughter received some items from here which we will return for an exchange shortly- hoping for a smooth exchange process - so far fast delivery ✔️ and good customer service communication ✔️ my daughter thought she was getting some vintage pre worn Gucci glasses - cant upload my photographs of said item for some reason- I know Gucci fairly well and let’s just say the glasses are not what they should be . This has made for a disappointing experience so far but as mentioned customer service are active and I hope when we raise the exchange the experience will be better and I can update this review.
