My transfer request dated January 5th 2026 for $5K, Ref # RXM111141940163 is still pending neither credited to my NRI account nor returned the funds back to my US bank, numerous emails and phone calls, those no one pick up goes to buisy signals, only response you get an automated response indicating a response will be in 24 hours, still no resolution to this issue.

This is the most useless website I have ever used. It keeps going in circles. I made a call to the customer service. A lady said someone will call me in an hour or two but no one ever called back.

Very happy with Axis Bank services.

Sunny was extremely patient and answered all my questions and made sure I was able to execute the transaction I had been trying to work on for the last many days. I was about to give up on this but he did not. That says a lot about his level of customer service.

Sunny was knowledgeable and helpful.I have for the past 3 days trying to set up an ACH transfer with remitmoney. (My NRE/NRO account was transferred from CITI to AXIS). Calling customer service was not fruitful until the case was given to Sunny. Sunny was able to solve my login problem, where I was sent back to the logon screen after entering the OTP. After that Sunny guided me in setting up the sending bank and helped me make the first ACH transaction.
