Offshore bandits

These guys are clueless about classes or categories. Even if you already have everything classed and categorized they will erase them and throw everything into chaos.I am to this day still reaping the effects of what they did to my 2023 accounting with the IRS. If you have a roadside business, like selling kool-aid perhaps, they might be able to handle it.Their Knoxville, Tennessee address is also fraudulent. Your initial contact will be with an American, which is deceptive. That's your first clue. They're based in India, and they're as fluent in English as they are in QuickBooks. Each session is a challenge. And you're bounced from one quasi-bookkeeper to another. It's suspicious how they have so many 5 star reviews. I guess there are more kool-aid stands in America than I realized. Because of this one expensive experience I am no longer able to rely on Trust Pilot reviews when shopping for help for my business, though I will continue to read and write reviews. I can no longer shop here.Five star reviews are cheap to write. And I've found that when I write a negative business review the business immediately floods the platform with five star reviews to drown the truth.
