I am extremely dissatisfied — would not recommend. I hired this removal service and the overall experience was quite poor. During the move, they damaged my TV and other belongings. They didn’t inform me about the TV's condition until I discovered the damage myself. Only after I expressed my concerns did they mention their insurance supposedly not covering such issues. Their communication was unprofessional, and they showed little accountability for the damage incurred. I am now contemplating legal action due to the mishandling of this situation, not only because of the item's cost but also due to the treatment I received. I hope this review aids others in making a more informed choice.
