Lovely clean premises. Ideal position just off the highway with easy access. But the highlight of our experience was the staff especially Vicki who was so helpful and calmly addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
Great experience with Roomia Self Storage in Butler. The facility is very modern, clean and well maintained, and the whole access process is smooth and easy to use.
Customer service was excellent — friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever I had questions.
A huge bonus was the free moving van for the day, which made the whole move so much easier and saved me extra costs.
The storage units feel very secure and the pricing is really competitive for the quality you get.

We only used Roomia as our storage unit with a different company wasn't available due to incorrect booking dates. Dee & Scott were great to deal with, especially when I had an issue with the Roomia app download, (because the competitors app kept blocking Roomia's app from downloading).The Butler storage units are quite new and the whole complex is immaculately clean, no lock or passcodes needed as access is all controlled by phone. We would use Roomia again and recommend it to anyone else who is looking for storage.
