I receive my new pear earrings 2 carat in white gold. It’s stunningly beautiful it’s so brilliant when light shines. I am very happy for my purchase this is my first and planning to get a matching pear necklace. The pictures don’t do justice. The stone is so clear in VS1. Thanks Renaissance Jewel great service and quality is top notch! Price is reasonable. My only regret I wish I make it 3 carat. 2 carat is good for daily use since it’s basically 1 carat each ear still a great buy.
From start to finish, the experience was stellar. The ring was even more beautiful in person! The craftsmanship was excellent, and the personalized engraving was done flawlessly. Everything described on their website was accurate, and I appreciated the order status portal that allowed me to track the process without ever needing to contact customer service.
I understand the initial hesitancy that can come with waiting and limited direct communication, but they delivered exactly as promised. My order took 19 days from purchase to arrival, and once it shipped, it arrived quicker than expected. The packaging was extremely secure and included the certification paperwork.
Only critique is the production time, but the quality made it absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommend.
They are legit. I was worried because some companies online are bogus and send cheap jewelry but they were real and certified. They include the certificate that shows they have been graded and you can verify the certificate online as authentic. The metal they use is real (I got real silver) and the diamonds had a beautiful sparkle. They got it to me in Texas in about two weeks and used expedited shipping to make sure it arrived in time. I will be buying from them again.
Imagine having a diamond fall out a day before your engagement party. I was asked to pay $50 to send my fiancé ring back and then it took almost a week to get a back which was after the time for our engagement ring got back. I had to cancel the party and reschedule as well as buy another ring after getting the ring back because she was so upset and embarrassed with the whole experience. She only had the ring on for a week and the diamond fell out thats not a good experience at all! Also they offered earrings to give a good review
Customer service is very easy to work with. After I ordered my solitaire I decided I wanted 2 matching bands, one for each side of my solitaire. I special designed the two bands. Customer service was so helpful in helping me make my final decisions

I purchased the Oval Cut Diamond Pavé Band Solitaire with Four-Prong Setting as an engagement ring for my finance and it's absolutely amazing! The VS1 diamonds makes this setting sparkle and shine so bright! The customer service was outstanding the whole process through.
