I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond tennis bracelet. The diamond quality is excellent, with consistent color and shine throughout. I had an issue with the diamond in the ring I purchased suffering some sort of damage to the stone from normal wear of less than a year. The diamond seemed to have some sort of internal crack and or discoloration so I reached out to customer support for assistance. At first, they responded to my concern relatively quick offering to replace the ring based on the pictures I sent them. However, after I was informed that a return label had been requested on my behalf, I have NOT heard back from any representative since. It's been 3 weeks as of today with no update from Renaissance Jewel. I have sent multiple (5) follow emails asking about the status of the return label and how do I proceed and I have gotten zero response. At this point, I am very unhappy with the quality of not only the ring I spent money on but the lack of support from this company as well. Since Im stuck with a defective ring and no help from customer support; I'm likely taking a loss for the ring I purchased.
I am a VERY nervous buyer as I have purchased all my jewelry from my local Kays Jeweler and Kays.com over the last 25 years. I took a look at all the positive reviews that Renaissance Jewel had and thought how could I go wrong? I purchased a 2.5 VS1 Princess Cut with matching .5 carat Engagement ring along with two 1 ct Princess cut earrings for my 25th wedding anniversary. Total cost was only $4150.00! These are VSI Grade F Lab grown REAL diamonds! Both Kays.com and Costco only sell VS2 and are double,even triple what I just paid. Manny offered outstanding support all the way through the process. They will send you a portal link so that you can track the progress. I will be purchasing all my future jewelry from Renaissance Jewel and you probably should consider them as well on your next purchase. 6 STARS for these guys and im spreading the word!
