Chared me €39 TWICE with no email notifications

I just realised that these bastards had charged me 39 euros TWICE for a service I didn't use. Worse still, they didn't send payment confirmation or reminder emails so I could cancel it. What options can one take in Belgium to seek redress here? This is outrageous.

Cancelled During Trial, Still Charged €390 Without Consent

I subscribed to Rentola and cancelled my account WELL WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD. However, they continued to charge me €39 per month for 10 months, totaling €390, without my consent. Despite my cancellation, I never received any confirmation of the cancellation or a reminder of the ongoing charges. I am extremely dissatisfied with this practice, as I should not be expected to constantly monitor my account for unauthorized transactions. This is unacceptable, and I would advise others to be cautious.They said that even if I missed the communications from them, ‘you still should have kept track of the debits on your account and reached out to us sooner.’ This is literally taken from the email they sent me. This is not acceptable, as I should not be checking my account for transactions I do not expect.Putting the blame on me for not checking my bank account closely feels careless. They offered only a one month refund, which i declined. All this feels like deceptive behavior. I strongly advise others to stay away
