They solved my issue

They solved my issue. The communication however, sounded a bit harsh. Like ''as a one time favor we are doing this''. THere is no one time favor. The outcome of my inquiry was what is right. That is why four stars, the responses can be improved.

The premium subscription did not work…

The premium subscription did not work in my case. The support responded quickly and the employees "Renver" and "Rover" helped me and promptly transferred back the overpaid fee. I am very satisfied with the support.

Great customer service

I have not had a great experience with Rentola per se, but their costumer service support team has been great and helpful. In particular Renver has been amazing for which I really would like to thank him.

I was receiving outstanding receipts…

I was receiving outstanding receipts emalis over and over from Rentola and I was actually worried that I would have to pay for it even though I haven't used it and forgot to cancel the subscription, I guess. After I explained my situation to the help desk, Renver evaluated the situation and helped me to clear my account from charges. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I would like to thank Rentola for the services, Renver for his support, and anyone from the staff that I ever inconvenienced.
