I made a one time subscription for 1€ to get contact details for an add and I used it only once and I thought that the subscription was only for this once add but they are herassing for months now. I got an email saying that I owe them 39€ , without even being informed about whatsoever. They are trying to collect from the card I used to pay the 1€, but are blocked every time by my bank.
I made a week subscription for 1€ and I used it only for a week and I thought that the subscription will be canceled automatically because I just asked for only this 7 days subscription but one day I got an email saying that I owe them 39€ , without even being informed about. Shouldn't they ask me if I want to continue the subscription when the 1€ - 7 days ended? That's just not fair
Is a very disappointing site with not direct connection to the properties and charges a lot of money for displaying advertisement on properties,1£ pound for a week subscription, next thing they are charging you £35.00 pounds without even checking with you,so is very frustrating, and I have no even find a place yet, thank you but I would suggest to anyone not to used this as it is unreliable drain of money.
I had an issue locating my account and after contacting with Rentola's support team I was able to solve my issue without any problem. Sara, the person in charge of my request, was extremely helpfull and I appreciate a lot the treatment received by her.
I just saw one of my listing advertised on their website while I never asked them to do so... I don't mind them to do so but some informations are incorrect and/or are missing and I can't contact them via their 'contact' link on their website which is kind of strange 🤔
Service below the averageThe experience on the website is awful. You cannot contact the landlord if you don't pay, and even if you do they just provide you with the website of the landlord that you can find on rentola. Other than that, the platform is ridiculous. You can just apply 1-2 filters and you are not able to select other preferences (like short-term, private kitchen...). The high subscription price does not match the low-level service.
